Have you ever wonder why is IRON/FERUM is needed for the production of our blood?
What happens when iron touches oxygen?
It oxidized rite?
It's reactive enough to react with oxygen to form iron oxide=rust.
Because of iron has this characteristic,our body use it as the 'oxygen magnet'
So in each of the blood cell,you have many many many many iron molecule.
These molecule attract and bind the oxygen.Then it is pumped by the heart to other parts of the body.
Isn't our body a great machine?!
Wait........That means we are having rust running in our blood vessels?NOOO!
No really....Believe it or not,the iron molecules are actually covered by a cage of protein,it prevents the iron from direct contact with the oxygen!

I like this documentary.
It's about the story of prisoners behind bars.
You know,the life of inmates in their cells,the yards.

Prison
Offenders,Gangsters,Ice Cold criminals
Junkies of the society.
Contrabands,Drugs,Gang-Bang
They still committed in such crimes behind bars.
Humans are human,you can't gain total control on them right?

Prison
The place where dark meets white.
The heroes behind walls.
They are brave,frontline of government for keeping this rubbish
They are well trained,stand-by for any outbreaks,riots and assaults

Is a garbage dump.
Toxic garbage.
Those men are outnumbers by the inmates.

And they have to stand and walk between the lines,between the laws and the unspoken laws.
It will cost their life if they cross or fall into any side.
They are the unsung hero!
